Installation prerequisites (Linux systems)
QAT Prerequisites
To install the QAT prerequisites on a Debian or Ubuntu machine, execute the following command:

sudo apt-get install gsl-bin gsl-doc-info gsl-doc-pdf libgsl0-dev subversion libhdf5-openmpi-dev h5utils hdf5-tools libeigen3-dev libeigen3-doc qt5-default qtcreator libqt5svg5-dev
QAT3D Prerequisites
QAT3D packages are optional. They enable 3D graphics based upon the open inventor toolkit. If you wish to install these packages you need additional libraries; on Debian or Ubuntu systems you can get them with the following command:

sudo apt-get install libcoin80-dev libqt5opengl5-dev libsimage-dev
